Michael A. Tinari, a dedicated and passionate young lawyer, brings local expertise and a strong educational background to our firm. A proud graduate of Weeki Wachee High School, Michael excelled both academically and athletically in the local community.
During his undergraduate years nearby at St. Leo University, he showcased his talents as a soccer player while majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Legal Studies. Michael continued his legal education at Hofstra University in New York, before returning to Hernando County.
After passing the Florida Bar Exam, Michael served as a local prosecutor in the Fifth Judicial Circuit, encompassing Hernando, Citrus, Sumter, Marion, and Lake counties. This gained him valuable litigation experience where he was often handling dockets in excess of 200 cases, in addition to litigating substantive motions and participating in jury trials.
Now, Michael has bought his expertise back to Hernando county through Caporicci & Tinari Law, where he is committed to providing exceptional legal services with a distinct blend of local insight and professional experience.
