Nicholas “Nick” Caporicci is a founding partner and a compassionate force behind Caporicci & Tinari Law. As a “Triple Gator” from the University of Florida, Nick brings a unique blend of academic excellence and heartfelt dedication to the practice of law.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, a Master of Science in Business Management, and a Juris Doctor earned with cum laude distinction, Nick has cultivated a diverse knowledge base as well as a deep understanding of the complexities of the legal system.
Nick served as an Assistant State Attorney for five fulfilling years, where he handled a wide range of cases throughout his career ranging from misdemeanor traffic offenses including Driving While License Suspended and DUI, all the way up to serious felonies including Murder, Sexual Battery, and Armed Robbery. During his time as an Assistant State Attorney Nick handled thousands of cases and participated in nearly 50 trials, honing his skills in the courtroom and gaining a full understanding of the amount of evidence that the Government must have in order to convict someone of a criminal offense.
Beyond his skills in the courtroom, Nick is deeply committed to serving the community he calls home. With a warm and personable approach, Nick strives to make each client feel valued and understood, offering personalized legal solutions tailored to their unique needs.
