Nicholas Caporicci, Esq.

Nicholas “Nick” Caporicci has lived almost his entire life in Florida, and was raised on Florida’s Space Coast. He attended West Shore Jr/Sr High School, which has consistently been ranked as one of the top 50 public high schools in the entire United States.

Nick then continued his academics at the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with Honors. At 19 years of age, he began work on a Master of Science in Business Management, at the University of Florida’s Hough School of Business. Upon completing his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, he attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with Honors.

After successfully passing the Florida Bar the summer after law school, he joined the State Attorney’s Office for the 5th Judicial Circuit and began prosecuting out of their Citrus County Office. As a prosecutor, Nick handled thousands of cases and participated in nearly 50 trials, including, but not limited to, murders, sexual batteries, and armed robbery.

Since entering private practice, Nick has had the privilege of representing a diverse range of clients, with a primary focus on estate planning. His work is dedicated to safeguarding his client’s legacies, providing them peace of mind, and reducing the risk and expense of future disputes or litigation.

When Nick isn’t practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family, working on classic cars, and building computers.
